Our personal coaching and life philosophy is a straightforward, no-nonsense approach. Whether in the comfort of your own office, home or via our video conference interventions, you will work with a highly skilled coach selected to closely match your individual needs. You will take significant, intelligent action to achieve your goals. Your coach will empower you by holding you accountable to the commitments you make. Your coach will help measure, monitor and manage your progress, and along the way support you to take consistent action that leads to the results you demand.

Physical Evaluation & Health Appraisal

Appropriate exercise has many benefits relating to general health, disease prevention, feelings of well-being and vitality, and of course fitness itself. Therefore, anyone who wishes to improve his or her current health and fitness level can, and should, perform a complete physical evaluation & health appraisal. A complete physical evaluation & health appraisal will consist of static (measure of your current health) and dynamic (measure of your current fitness level) tests. All assessments are adapted to the individual and guidelines will need to be adhered to 24 hrs in advance of the test, which will help provide accurate results.

Goal-Setting

Life without any goals is stressful and life with unrealistic goals is also stressful. However, realistic goal setting is a vital achievement skill. It is vital because through goal setting you develop direction in your life. You develop focused and channelled energy and you are able to accomplish more in a shorter period of time. Setting goals encourages a more purposeful way of life, brings peace of mind, a sense of organization, focus and purpose and assists in the efficient management of time.

In order to achieve goals you have to be willing to risk rejection or failure. You learn many lessons through being rejected or failing and these lessons are necessary for you to reach your greatest achievements. Unfortunately, many people have fear to take the risk, to leave their comfort zone or daily routine, even though they know deep inside they should. Remember, nothing can be achieved unless you first take the risk and strongly believe there is something better in your future.

Personal Achievement & a Directed Mind

Dissatisfaction, desperation and inspiration are the driving forces for you to make changes in your life. You have the ability to take the necessary actions to make changes, produce results and achieve your goals. You’re able to do this if you have self-esteem, the ability to set goals, an empowering belief system and a positive mental attitude. If you cultivate the art of being able to make changes at the right time, it puts you more in control of your life and you are more likely to personally achieve your long and short-term goals.

For example, if you smoke, you will probably find smoking pleasurable. In the moment that you smoke the cigarette, the pleasure is more important than the pain of not smoking, even though the pain would in the long run mean better lung functions, better health and self-esteem. The need to avoid pain is a stronger motivator than the need to attain pleasure. If you want to stop smoking, the associations that you make between what are painful and what is pleasurable need to be reversed.
