Health Tip – Every time you reach for food ask yourself “Will this energise or fatigue me?

Your cells communicate with each other with pulses of electricity. When we eat food, our body breaks down the food particles into the smallest size known as “colloids.” A colloid is the smallest possible form of a nutrient particle. These nutrient particles are then carried to our cells via an electrical charge. If we eat something lifeless (like processed or refined foods), or with a low energy frequency, we are not providing the body with the electrical energy it needs. Thus, we are requiring the body to expend electric nerve energy to run the digestive system to break this food down. This means the food is actually consuming more energy that it is generating.
