We’re all experts at reserving exercise in our daily agendas only to cancel it at the last minute because something else cropped up! Therefore, by exercising early morning you can’t cancel it later because it’s already done! By exercising early morning you will also enhance your self-confidence, supply oxygen to your brain and body tissues, start generating an abundance of energy for the day, enhance your fat burning mechanism and increases your blood supply.
